These words describe what makes us tick, what drives us, what is at our core and what is in our hearts. We wouldn’t be where we are today without everyone sticking to these values. BRAND: This is about more than the name on the back of our shirts or on the side of our trucks. This is about what that name means as a brand to all of us. When we think of New Age Tree Service, you will first recognize the quality of work we do. Our goal is to do a project right and do it right the first time. Every day is a new challenge, and every day proves that we can do the hard things well, which in turn, allows us to have fun while doing so. We take pride in the work we do and take ownership in who we are and what we stand for. 

PEOPLE: Like I said before, this company wouldn’t be where it is or what it is today without everyone that works here. You could be the reason someone comes to work in the morning. You could be the reason someone gets over a bad day. You could be the reason someone cares. It’s important that everyone is treated like family; treated like brothers and sisters. We respect each other and look up to each other as well. We want everyone to have a great work/life balance. Yes, work is important, but so is your life outside of work. SAFETY: This one is very important for numerous reasons. In our industry, it’s not only important to be safe for our clients to complete a project effectively, but so everyone can go home at the end of the day without a scratch. We strive to set good examples and make sure we’re all showing what we know to the rest of the crews. You got to walk the walk and talk the talk. We have some of the most advanced, efficient equipment when it comes to our industry and that’s important to us that our employees have access to that. Having the equipment we do makes life easier. When you don’t have to worry about the equipment you’re operating, you have a clear head, which in turn means you’re able to be aware and focused on safety.

FUTURE: Not going to lie, but the future is looking bright for this company. Not only are we focused, as a company, on the professional side of development and growth but we’re focused on every employee personally striving to develop and grow every day. If you’re not growing, you’re dying. In order to do so, everyone needs to be open to new ideas, no matter how scary they may be. The scarier the better.
